About Us

Lucia was the former Head of Business Lending for a Credit Union and was also an Area Manager for Business Banking for a large bank. Lucia's brings a wealth of Commercial Lending knowledge to our team and does an amazing job with our clients. Lucia has a Business Administration Degree from Baruch College.

Ty was a Commercial Lender and Sr. VP for various banks and also spent time as a mortgage lender. Currently, Ty holds a Residential Mortgage Broker License and a Real Estate Broker License. Ty started Central Avenue Capital in 2021. Ty has a Finance Degree from The Ohio State University and a MBA from Ashland University.
