Helping Investors/Business Owners find Low Rate Commercial Loans!!

Let Us Do Your Shopping for the Best Rates!! As a former Commercial Lender who has worked for various size banks, we understand the pricing models used by many banks, along with their risk rating methods, credit policies, etc. We also know how to negotiate with the banks to help our clients obtain the best terms available. We typically prefer shopping the loan requests with local banks and credit unions so our clients can build a relationship with the lender. If the client would prefer lenders outside the local market, we can do that as well. We can also assist with negotiations on your treasury products (Sweeps (Investment & Loan), Credit Card Processing, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay/Reverse Positive Pay, etc. and commercial checking accounts. We also assist with Lines of Credits, Equipment Financing, etc. In addition, we also offer financing for Short Term Rentals, Long Term Rentals, Single Family Homes, Condos, etc. We can get creative!

Let Me Introduce Myself

Hi! My name is Ty Keffalas (NMLS: 881664), Founder of Central Avenue Capital. I started Central Avenue Capital due to my experiences of working for various banks as a Commercial Lender. I recall many situations where I couldn't get my clients approved through the bank I worked for after courting their business for many years. What an embarrassment it was to beg for a client's business only to decline their request. In many cases, I ended up calling other lenders to see if they could help my client because I knew they would be a great client for another lender. I had this dream for many years of eventually starting a Commercial Mortgage Brokerage where I could help client's shop for a lender and thankfully in June 2021, the dream came to fruition. My goal has been to help business owners and investors find the right lenders to help them, whether it's to find the lowest rate, a better structure, a lender personality fit, or a lender that can grow with them.  We have been very thankful that both 2021 & 2022 were very successful years for us. Prior to starting this business, I had spent my career in banking, commercial lending, residential lending, and financial services. I received my Bachelors in Finance from The Ohio State University and my MBA from Ashland University.

Luxury Home/Condo Financing

In 2021, Central Avenue Capital added special financing programs designed specifically for luxury home and condo buyers. The advantage we have is our below market interest rates. While we may make less money than other mortgage brokers on these products, we do enjoy saving our client's money. As many will say, "Rate" is the most important and I completely agree. When you're shopping for a lender, call us last so you have a good idea of the amount you're saving. We look forward to savings you money!

Continuous Improvements & Technology

We feel technology is very important to provide a superior experience. This is why we recently invested in a new Commercial Origination System and a new Residential Loan Origination System. At this time, we have over 300 lenders on our list which include banks, credit unions, SBA lenders, private lenders, agency lenders, bridge lenders, mortgage lenders, non-qm mortgage lenders, etc. Our focus is on continuous improvements.
